::vtol:: project was founded by Dmitriy Morozov from Moscow in 2007. Apart from making experimental electronic music, vtol is also known for his notorious and wicked live performances and visual installations. Festival, Brooklyn, NY At the moment when he was just about to step on board,
his flight was canceled - thanks to a damned volcano. It seemed like
there was no chance, but miraculously enough, he managed to slip under
the cloud of volcanic ash with a secret flight, which was not even
announced on a display panel in the airport! So, vtol was lucky enough
to participate at legendary (for every circuit bender) Bent Festival -
dreams come true for our lucky friend. Check the video of his live
performance and read
His next party at Tel Aviv vtol described as an "extremely powerful, like one of the first concert in my life where every musician was so good on stage". In 2009, one of the members of 17 migs of spring project from Israel bought vtol's synthesizer in Moscow. They decided to collaborate, and finally it happens. Also, vtol invited Alexei Borisov and Olga Nosova to visit Tel Aviv together. Check the video and some photos:
