Recorded live during the concert at Moscow Composers Centre (2008). Performed by «Russian Philharmonia» Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Sergey Kondrashev, soloist on pipe organ – Tatyana Karamysheva.

We are delighted and excited to present you this amazing piece of musical art – the first symphony ever in our label's catalog. This is the most advanced art form for any composer, and that's why we (as enthusiasts of free web musical culture) were especially touched by the fact that Inna Breeze agreed to share the results of her titanic and undoubtedly sublime efforts with everyone for free, on the net-label.

In my youth I, of course, heard the beautiful Led Zeppelin's song of the same name. But «Stairway to Heaven» is dedicated not to this song nor my youth. I'm implying the different, almost literal meaning to this words nowadays: it's an ascension. The ascension of a whole life. We are all moving «there», one way or another... But how and when we would be there? It's a mystery. And my personal way is reflected in this symphony. Maybe, someone would like to join me?

In the music the soul is uncovering itself, the music is waking the fantasy, but at the same time it's claiming attentive listening. But the music never dictates anything to you, it never throws any meanings straight ahead. Music uses abstract, figurative, sincere language. It's not necessary to judge it from the position of pure logic, you can rather feel it, believe it... My vision of «Stairway to Heaven» is that with each musical part the listener would evolve as more and more sincere, open-hearted believer. The believer who opens his heart for the piece, for the world, for the highest purposes, for god, for Cosmos or for an absolute love. That's why this music contains no tragedies, no stresses, no depressions. It only has some happiness, love and bliss in it. It's not going to hurt or injure anyone. Some people would relax with this music and they'll hear the whisper of their own stars, the sensitive voice of their soul, of their love. And they would probably find the way to share all it with their close friends or relatives. And if they'll succeed, my goal is reached. And what can be better than that?

«I'm making music in Russian traditions, by reexamining it on the modern level. I'm not sticking to avantgarde or dodecaphony, I prefer to follow my own path, after Sviridov or Myaskovsky. I'm not afraid to be considered as commonplace, and that's why I'm welcoming the beautiful melody, positive mood and lack of internal conflicts».
